The “Atelier” Day Center is a safe and inclusive space where children and parents from the Pirita community receive ongoing support for education, health, counseling, personal development, and social integration.
We operate under an official license and with a multidisciplinary team — including a coordinator, social worker, educational staff, a medical assistant, and local and international volunteers.
The mission of the center is to offer children a place where they feel heard, respected, and valued, and to provide parents with the resources they need to support their children with confidence.
According to the official report:
40 children received educational and emotional support
Through a weekly program of educational, recreational, and socio-emotional activities.
40 children received material support
Including fully equipped backpacks, clothing, footwear, school supplies, and hygiene products.
20 parents benefited from parental counseling
To improve communication and strengthen relationships with their children.
40 children received medical support and access to specialized services
Including mediation with healthcare services in complex cases (TB, hepatitis, scabies).
0 cases of school dropout
Every child was retained within the education system.
These collaborations allow us to provide integrated, coherent, and continuous services.
The report clearly shows that families in the Pirita community face discrimination, limited access to services, health challenges, and poor living conditions.
Without consistent support, children risk exclusion, absenteeism, illness, and disengagement from school.
The “Atelier” Day Center remains a vital anchor — the only space offering education, safety, counseling, and emotional stability for dozens of children and parents.
Every contribution ensures the continuity of a place where children are seen, heard, and supported in reaching their full potential.
